Yeah, I used it to blacklist a few loli, gross pics when I first started to keep from arguements. I don't use it anymore. Now I aggressively label things what they are, especially loli. I've found most loli types are assholes who don't want to label their stuff, so screw them. I no longer worry about hurting their feelings or getting their stuff banned.
