Maybe it has something to do with the IP address you use or maybe if you do you the following it should work. Try turning the device you're using off then wait ten minutes and then back on, refresh the page, ask an administrator for help via a PM or goggle the answer.

Sometimes I can't add a picture in favourites or leave a comment for an unknown reason. Then I use proxy server, and everything is working! 0_o
